Lola Lecasble

User Intelligence & Program Management

Two years in San Francisco during high school weren’t enough for Lola, and she headed back across the ocean for a trilingual degree in business at HEC Montreal. The cold, cold winters were not to hinder her love affair with her adopted hometown. After graduating, she came back to Paris to work for Sarenza.com, where problem-solving is the raison d’être, before working with an incubator which helps young entrepreneurs detail their strategies and business models. Her first experiences of working life led her to the following conclusion: companies know what they do and how they do it… but they sometimes forget why they do it. She headed to the Strate Design School in Paris to investigate further, enrolling in a postgraduate programme in Innovation and Design. There, she used Design Thinking and the lean start-up model to work on innovation projects for Total, Danone Research, Carrefour and Médecins Sans Frontières. She designed experiences for end users by involving all the stakeholders in the design process.

She loves speaking Spanish, reading Erri de Luca and Luis Sepulveda (alongside a thousand other authors) and she’s a yoga addict. Her dream is to go on a roadtrip around Latin America.
